Punta Cana: Saona Island Full-Day Small Group Tour

Enjoy a full-day trip to the beautiful Saona Island, departing from Punta Cana. This tour features a small group experience with a maximum of 14 travelers for a more intimate adventure.

Your journey begins with a pick-up from your Punta Cana location, or you can head directly to the meeting point at Bavaro Beach. Please note that clients from Cap Cana will need to pay an additional US$ $20 for transportation.

The first stop is the town of Mano Juan, which is home to a turtle conservation project. After a brief visit to Mano Juan, enjoy a refreshing swim at a secret beach, taking in the stunning views. Next, you’ll visit Abanico Beach, where a delicious buffet lunch awaits you, along with some free time to relax on the beach.

After lunch, you’ll have the opportunity to visit Palmilla Beach, where you can search for starfish. The tour also includes a snorkeling experience at the Reef at Bayahibe before returning to Punta Cana for drop-off.

Breakfast and lunch are both included in the tour package. While it’s sometimes possible to see baby turtles hatching during your visit to the sanctuary, the main purpose of this stop is to support the valuable conservation work led by local leader Pelagio Paulino.
