Enjoy a day packed with exciting activities by joining this fun buggy safari and tour of the Dominican Republic landscape and culture. Allow your guide to let you in on the countryside’s hidden secrets and have a delicious lunch as you relax in the middle of the lush jungle.

Drive to a locally-owned ranch located in the small village called Benerito. Get a short explanation regarding the safety rules of buggy-riding and start your adventure. Ride across huge sugar cane fields, learn about the sugar industry and even taste some sugar cane.

Come across a small village called Batey, where the sugar cane workers live. Go for a swim in the river before discovering a plantation of various tropical species. You’ll visit a traditional home to taste local products, such as manioc and plantains.

Later on, drive to a nice spot along the river to enjoy a traditional Dominican meal with a panoramic view of the jungle. After lunch, walk to a platform boat for a trip down the river to admire the beauty of the scenery from up close and swim some more if you choose to.
