The activity is great. Tour guide was great. I recommend confirming with the tour company directly after you book and confirm your pickup location. They ended up coming directly to the airbnb instead of the designated pick up area chosen on this app. Only thing is that the contact info here was outdated and didn’t work. Had to do some Google diving and finally found the working number by clicking the contact us now button on their webpage..since the number listed on Google didn’t work. Reached out to this app’s customer service and didn’t get any help or response. 😐. Also, it lists that you have the option of doing 7 or 12.. would’ve done 12, but we only did 6 or 7 I think. 12 wasn’t an option.
