Description
Between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m., we’ll pick you up at your Punta Cana hotel and head to Samaná.
Once there, we will get into an SUV that will take us on a panoramic tour of the town of Santa Bárbara de Samaná. You will be able to see from the bus the charming colored houses of this town, as well as the tropical landscapes that surround it.
Next we will go to a hacienda, from where we will walk until we reach the El Limón waterfall. If you prefer, you can also do this journey on horseback. Once there, you can bathe in the pool of turquoise waters that forms under the waterfall.
Upon returning from the waterfall, we will go to the center of Samaná to recharge our batteries with a delicious buffet lunch that will include fresh fish, beans, rice and other traditional foods.
Next, we will get on a catamaran to reach Cayo Levantado. This idyllic setting will be the perfect place to enjoy a piña colada, chin-chin!

This was such a relaxing and scenic day trip! The boat ride to Cayo Levantado was beautiful, with stunning views of the coastline. We had a chance to swim in crystal-clear waters, and the beaches were pristine. Seeing the humpback whales was a thrilling experience, and the guide gave us lots of interesting facts about the marine life. Highly recommend it!

If you’re a nature lover, this tour is an absolute must. The whale-watching experience was amazing. We were lucky enough to see several whales breaching and swimming close to our boat. The boat ride to Samana was smooth and enjoyable, and Cayo Levantado is a tropical paradise. The lunch served on the island was delicious, too!

The scenery on this tour is nothing short of breathtaking. From the boat ride to Cayo Levantado to the whale-watching, everything was spectacular. However, the boat was a little crowded, which took away from the experience slightly. Despite this, the natural beauty of the place made up for it.

This was one of the best tours we did in the Dominican Republic! The whale-watching was a unique experience, and seeing the whales up close was unforgettable. Cayo Levantado’s beaches were tranquil, and we had some free time to relax and enjoy the crystal-clear water. The staff was professional and informative, making the experience even more special.
