    It was nice to have an exclusive tour guide for just me and my husband. It’s a better way of optimizing your time on a brief visit because they drive you to/from each of the stops without waiting for a whole group. Our tour guide, Mara was terrific! Her English was great and was very kind. Knowledgeable of the city/culture. Lilo, our driver was also friendly and very patient with us. They brought us to the main highlights of the city, and especially liked the authentic local lunch treat! It was quite a walk (about 15min) to the meeting point from the Taino Bay cruise port but that was the only exit out so that’s not on them. Otherwise we enjoyed our time. Highly recommend!
